The Project
PEC was contracted by SJ Higgens to manufacture, supply and install a number of products to complete a new build for McDonalds South Ripley in Queensland.
Working closely with designers and contractors, Polite not only assisted in providing the specified products but also engineering solutions for some custom requirements to complete the build.
The Challenge
The projects build timeline was tight and a critical site completion for a new estate and service area. PEC maintained close contact and regular communication to facilitate custom design works and working in with other trades on site.

- Traffic Calming devices
- Rumble Bars
- Carpark and Drive Through signage
- Custom mount options for drive through Signs
The Solution
With the expertise and project management locally in Queensland, Polite Enterprises Corporation successfully coordinated the products and installation within the timeline required, safety and to quality expectations.
The Outcome
The new McDonalds Site at Ripley South was opened ontime and successfully trading. The franchisee was thrilled to complete another project with PEC and is very happy with the quality of products and consistency of performance on his sites in Queensland.
