Secura Guard

The Secura-Guard Escalator Barricade is specifically designed to prevent pedestrian access to escalators that are temporarily out of service due to maintenance, repairs or emergencies. It provides a fast, safe and effective solution for isolating escalators and reducing the risk of accidents in high-traffic public environments.

Stored in a compact, locked position, the Secura-Guard can be quickly deployed by maintenance or security personnel. Once positioned inside the escalator and unlocked, the integrated spring mechanism automatically expands the barrier into place. Combined with high-grip suction pads on each side, the barrier is securely held within the escalator, preventing unauthorised access until the escalator is returned to service.
